At Pure Thread, every order is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped with precision to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition — wherever you are in the world.
1) Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within a few hours to up to 6 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and final quality checks.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2) Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
We ship worldwide. Delivery time after dispatch generally ranges between 5 to 14 business days, depending on your destination country and customs clearance speed.

3) Order Tracking
All orders include real-time tracking.
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships, and updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
4) Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Pure Thread does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate or reimburse them, as customs policies differ by country.
5) Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Pure Thread is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If you need to correct your address, please contact help@purethreadwear.com immediately.
Changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
6) Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
Pure Thread is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation.
We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking link regularly.
7) Unexpected Delays
Although we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to:
