At Pure Thread, we create premium menswear designed for comfort, fit, and long-lasting quality. If for any reason your purchase isn’t right, our return process is simple and transparent.


1) 60-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 60 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returns must include the original order number and a brief reason for return.

To initiate a return, please contact help@purethreadwear.com. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.


2) Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipment receipt until your return is fully processed.

  • Pure Thread is not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.


3) Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

We allow cancellations only before your order has been shipped.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email help@purethreadwear.com with the subject line:
    “Cancellation Request – Order #PT-XXXX”

  • Include your full name and order number.

Important Notes:

  • Orders that have already been shipped, packed, or are in transit cannot be cancelled.

  • Once shipped, the order becomes eligible only for our 60-Day Return Policy.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.


4) Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be processed as a refund to your original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days after approval (depending on your financial institution).

  • Items showing any signs of wear, wash, alteration, scent, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to you at your cost.


5) Wrong or Incorrect Product Received

If you received the wrong product (incorrect item, size, color, or style):

  • Contact help@purethreadwear.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item, inner garment tag, and shipping label.

Once verified, you may choose:

  • A free replacement,

  • A full refund, or

  • Store credit equal to the order value.

All shipping costs for wrong-item replacements are fully covered by Pure Thread.

Note: Slight color differences due to lighting or screen display are not considered incorrect products.


6) Exchanges

For faster service, exchanges are handled as a new purchase:

  • Place a new order for the correct size or item.

  • Return the original item using the standard return process.

Once your return is approved, your original order will be refunded or credited accordingly.


7) Delivery & Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

  • Pure Thread is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure before checkout.

  • We recommend monitoring tracking updates and choosing a safe delivery location.


8) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Underwear, socks, or intimate garments

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, stains, or damage


9) How to Start a Return

Please email help@purethreadwear.com with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #PT-XXXX

  • Body: Your full name, order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return

  • Attach photos if the product is incorrect or damaged

Our team will respond within 24 Hours with next steps.
